The scope includes the preparation of the detailed masterplan and construction drawings, the development of road, water, sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications networks, as well as public realm and park design, utility connections, and coordination. The project spans 3,624,377 sqm and comprises 5,826 plots, including 5,730 residential plots and 96 plots for facilities and services, under a 5-year contract comprising 3 years of implementation followed by 2 years of operation and maintenance, ensuring that the plots are fully serviced and ready for handover to citizens, contributing to improved quality of life and increased residential real estate supply in Riyadh.
