Eng Nasser Saad Al-Arifi
ChairmanEng. Nasser bin Saad bin Saud Al-Arifi serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loden Investment Company. He brings extensive professional experience in investment, real estate development, and executive management. He previously served as the company’s Managing Director and has held board memberships at Riyadh Development Company and Loden Investment Company, in addition to serving on the boards of several other companies. He has also held various executive positions at Loden Investment Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, along with several professional certificates and specialized training programs in management, investment, and capital markets, including the CME-1 certification and a Private Equity program.
Mr Suleiman Abdulaziz Al-Batli
Deputy Chairman of the Board - Managing DirectorMr. Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Batli serves as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Loden Investment Company. He brings more than 33 years of experience in establishing and managing companies and manufacturing facilities. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Loden Investment Company and as Director of Administrative Affairs at a government entity. He has also founded and managed a number of companies and manufacturing facilities. Mr. Suleiman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Security Sciences from King Fahd Security College.
Dr Hassan bin Shawqi Al-Hazmi
CEO of Ladun Investment GroupHe holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Project Management from Griffith University in Australia, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, which he obtained in 2003. He has held several senior leadership positions in the government, most recently serving as Head of the Municipal Services and Infrastructure Sector at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing. He also served as Deputy Minister of Housing for Land and Technical Affairs for nearly six years. He has served, and continues to serve, as a board member of several government and private-sector entities and companies.
Mr Sultan Abdullatif Naqli
Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations CommitteeMr. Sultan bin Abdullatif Naqli is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Future Goals Company. Before assuming his current position, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SICO Financial, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Itqan Capital, and Head of Asset Management at Albilad Capital. Mr. Sultan holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Mr Adel bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdulsalam
Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit CommitteeMr Adel bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdulsalam is the Chief Financial Officer of Kingdom Holding Company. Before assuming his current position, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the National Water Company, Chief Financial Executive Officer of Thakak Company, Director of Finance and Shared Services in Al Faisaliah Group’s Business Sector, Director of Accounting and Regional Affairs at Safi Danone, and IT Consultant at Al Faisaliah Group, in addition to financial accounting positions at Al Faisaliah Group and Al Saif Development Company. Adel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences.
Dr Bandar bin Barjas Al-Abdulkarim
Member of the Board of DirectorsDr Bandar bin Burjis Al-Abdulkarim is Assistant Governor for Financial Affairs at the State Properties General Authority. Before assuming his current position, he served as Chief Financial Officer at a private government entity, Chief Financial Officer of Saudi Real Estate Company, Advisor to the Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, Assistant to the Head of the Corporate Banking Group at Banque Saudi Fransi, and Assistant Professor at Prince Sultan University. Bandar holds a Ph.D. in Economics, two Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Economics, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning.
